Refund Policy

At Neelo Studio, every piece is made with care — one human’s product, after all. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle refunds:

💸 Refunds

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. If something’s wrong with your order, please email us at neelo.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we review your request, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note, it might take a few business days to show up, depending on your bank.

🔁 Exchanges & Returns

Since our pieces are made in limited runs, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please double-check our size guide before ordering!

🧵 Small Variations

Each item is unique — some variation in print, color, or texture is part of the charm. These aren’t considered defects.
