Where we ship

We currently ship within the U.S. only. No international orders at this time—just keeping it local for now.

Processing time

All orders are processed by one human (hi, that’s me). Please allow 2–4 business days for packing and processing.

During busy times, there might be slight delays—but everything is handled with care, start to finish.

That’s why it’s called One human’s product.

Shipping time

Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days

Timing may vary a little depending on where you are.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Lost or damaged orders

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your package goes missing or shows up damaged, reach out to us at neelo.studio@gmail.com and we’ll help however we can.
